The Living Prospect File

A four loop system for building a deliberately small list of 25 to 50 named people, and refreshing it in 20 minutes every Monday.

What is inside

  • 1Loop 1, the shape of the list. Three must haves and three disqualifiers, written down before you open anything.
  • 2Loop 2, the sheet. Nine columns in a fixed order, one row per person, and the rule that if you cannot name a person the row is a wish and not a prospect.
  • 3Loop 3, the 20 minute Monday refresh. What counts as a trigger, and the instruction that matters most: if nothing changed, say nothing changed.
  • 4Loop 4, the four line note. Why them this week, the trigger in their language, one sentence on what you do, and a small ask. Plus the day 4 and day 12 follow up.
  • 5The seven day start plan, and the number that tells you the system is working. It is not the row count.
