Brand partnerships

I do not just post about products. I ship them.

My audience follows me for practical AI systems, operator lessons and honest founder perspective, not novelty. I partner with software and AI companies when I can show exactly where the product fits, what it replaces, and who it is actually useful for. I have built companies, run teams, carried inventory, raised capital and invested in 80+ businesses. That is not a generic creator placement. It is an operator led demonstration for people who make buying decisions.

Who is watching

Founders, operators and the people who sign the invoices

This is not a lifestyle audience that happens to like business content. It is entrepreneurs, small business owners and operators inside bigger companies, most of them already paying for tools and looking for the next one that earns its line on the card.

They buy

Purchase decision, not just awareness

People who run something real, evaluating software, services and products they will expense this quarter. The comments are always some version of what does it cost and what does it replace.

They trust

Because I show the receipts

Real prompts, real arithmetic, real screen recordings. I have never taken an affiliate deal on a tool I do not run, and the audience knows that is the rule.

They act

And I can prove it

Current follower counts, reach, saves, shares and click-through by format are in the media kit. Ask and I will send the live numbers rather than a screenshot from a good month.

Why it lands

An operator's recommendation is a different kind of proof

My audience does not need another list of AI tools. They need to know what this replaces, who it is for, what it costs, where it breaks, and whether it is worth changing how they work.

That is how I evaluate every partnership. I turn a tool into an operating decision, with a real workflow, a real point of view and clear disclosure.

I have also been on the brand side of these deals for a decade. I know what your team needs from me: usage rights, a deadline you can plan around, whitelisting if you want it, and copy that will not get your legal team on the phone.

What we can build

The formats that actually work

AI tool walkthrough

A founder led demonstration of how the tool fits into a real workflow. Not a feature tour, the actual job it does on a Tuesday.

Short-form video series

Reels and TikToks on @dgugnani that explain the problem, the setup and the result. Paid partnership tag on, disclosure in the first line, always.

Newsletter integration

A useful operator lesson featuring the tool in context, written by me, in the same voice as everything else. No ad block that readers scroll past.

Workshop or live class

One hour, laptops open, founders building with your product live. This is the format people remember and the one they tell other founders about.

Founder education campaign

A multi-part run across short-form, email and live teaching. Trust is built over weeks, not in a single post.

Advisor or ambassador

Longer term, for tools I actually use and can keep showing in real operating contexts. This is the shape I prefer.

Product collaboration

Co-created product, collections and limited runs. I have taken products from concept through manufacturing, retail and sell-through more than once.

Ground rules

The short version, before you write

I use it first

I do not promote a product I have not run. If it does not survive two weeks in my own workflow, I will tell you and refund the conversation.

Disclosure is not negotiable

Paid Partnership tag on, and the ad label at the top of the caption. It costs a little reach and it is what keeps the recommendation worth anything.

No performative partnerships

I work with brands that have a real use case for my audience. I will be direct about fit, about limitations, and about what would make me pass.

I write the copy

You bring the brief, the claims and the legal lines. The words are mine, because the moment they are not, the audience hears it.

Track record

Founder, operator, investor

Founder of 5 SENS. Co-founder of Wander Beauty. Founding Partner of Concept to Co. Five companies founded, three exits, 80+ investments and more than ten board seats. I bring the perspective of someone who has built, bought, sold, hired, invested, and had to make the call when the answer was not obvious.

Tell me about the brand

Product, timing and budget in the first email gets you the fastest answer, usually the same week. This goes to my inbox at Concept to Co, not to an agency and not to a form.
